Adventure awaits at this retreat overlooking Lake Washington! Venture to the shore with the two provided paddleboards and spend leisurely afternoons on the water. Enjoy more outdoor fun back at home on your furnished deck that boasts tranquil water views and a gas grill with an eating area. This lower-level retreat is part of a duplex and features a cozy interior that invites you to unwind. Stretch out on the spacious sectional in the living room and stream your favorite shows on the TV. A gas fireplace adds comfort and allure to the space, while a writing desk provides a convenient spot to write postcards or check mail. Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen and dining area, or rack up the pool table for a game. Additional amenities include a Peloton bike (remember to bring your biking shoes). This is NOT a good location for you if you are a light sleeper. The floors are thin, and you'll hear the upstairs neighbor walking or sometimes watching TV, and the dog shuffling across the floor. There are also 39 steps to get up to the entry door. The view is worth it, but this is not an ADA accessible location.
